IT Solutions Company Circle has acquired Fabric IT www.fabric-it.com a Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Cloud & Managed Services business, thanks to the acquisition support provided by Harlequin Corporate Finance www.harlequincf.co.uk . The £3 million revenue business will become part of the Circle Group. This takes the Circle Group to £25 million in turnover and over 100 employees.
