Harlequin Corporate Finance assists Solar to acquire Denwa

Solar Communications has snapped up counterpart Denwa, its second acquisition in the last six months. Solar is a business communications provider headquartered in Chippenham with offices in Salford and Harlow. It said the purchase of Burnley-based Denwa would “significantly strengthen” its share of the business communications marketplace, and enhance its position as a leading managed service cloud provider. The latest deal follows the acquisition of Response Data Communications (RDC) in July 2016.
